You noticed something. And now you're not sure what to do next.

Maybe it was the second fall. Maybe it was the pile of unopened mail, or the fridge with nothing in it, or the phone call that didn't quite make sense.

Most families don't come to us with a plan. They come to us with a worry — and a parent who has already said, firmly, that they are not leaving their home.

That's the right instinct. Staying home is almost always what people want, and with the right support, it's often the right call. Our job is to make it possible, safely, without taking away one ounce of your loved one's independence.

Care Programs

Care built around one person — not a package

No two clients need the same thing, so we don't sell the same thing to everyone. We build a care plan from your family's actual day, then adjust it as needs change.

Personal Care

Hands-on help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting — delivered with the dignity your loved one deserves.

Companion Care

Conversation, meals, errands, appointments, and a steady presence in the house. Loneliness is a health risk. We take it seriously.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Support

Patient, routine-based support from aides trained in redirection, cueing, and calm response to agitation and sundowning.

Respite Care

For the family caregiver who hasn't slept properly in months. A few hours or a few weeks — you're allowed to rest.

Post-Hospital Support

The first 30 days after a discharge are the riskiest. We cover rides, reminders, meals, and the follow-up nobody has energy for.

24-Hour Care

Around-the-clock support when a few hours a day is no longer enough — without a move to a facility.

Why Excellence

Anyone can send a caregiver. We send the right one.

01

Screened like family would screen.

Every Home Care Aide is registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry, cleared through California DOJ and FBI fingerprint background checks, TB-tested, reference-verified, and trained before their first shift. We hire roughly one in ten applicants.

02

Matched, not assigned.

We consider personality, language, experience, and schedule before we send anyone to your door. If the match isn't right, tell us — we'll change it, no awkwardness, no charge.

03

Supervised, not dropped off.

Care plans are reviewed on a set schedule, supervisors check in, and your family gets updates. You should never have to wonder how the shift went.

04

Reachable when it matters.

A real person answers the phone — including nights and weekends. Care needs don't keep business hours, and neither do we.

How it works

Getting started takes one phone call

  1. 1

    Step 1

    We talk.

A short, no-pressure conversation about what's going on. Often with the adult child first, which is completely normal.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    We visit, free.

We come to the home, meet your loved one, look at the practical realities — stairs, bathroom, medications, routines — and answer every question you have.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    We build the plan.

A written care plan with specific tasks, hours, and goals. You approve it before anything begins.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    We match your caregiver.

You meet them. If it clicks, care starts — often within 24 to 48 hours.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    We stay on it.

Check-ins, plan updates, and a direct line to your care coordinator as needs change.
